What if I don't know what Hid kit I need?

If you are unsure what headlight or fog light bulbs your vehicle uses you can use this link  to find out.

What do the numbers such as 4,500k mean for each hid kit?

The numbers such as 4500k,5000k,6000k,and 8,000k represents the color of light that the Hid kit produces.

Here is a rundown of the colors they produce:

4500k- produces a yellow/white light found in many OEM Hid equipped vehicles.

5000k- produces a pure white with a slight hair of blue light.

6000k- produces a white/blue light with them having more of a blue hue then the 5k kits.

8000k- Produces a very blue light.

10,000k- produces an extremely blue light output.

Does the higher the number mean you get more light?

Once you go over 4,500k light output actually goes down. However even with an 8,000k or 10,000k HID setup you will still put out vastly more light then a standard halogen bulb.

Do I need any thing extra to install my HID kit?

The kits are plug and play and come complete with everything you need for the HID lights to work. All you need to do is mount the ballasts however you like and plug them in with your factory wiring harness.
